We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 7-day return window with free return shipping for all eligible orders.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your package is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and we will arrange a pick up from our designated courier partner.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@terrarug.com or visit our return portal at [Link to Return Portal if applicable]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after deducting Rs. 1,000 as return shipping charges for orders delivered in India. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that returns are only accepted for deliveries within India. Any international delivery addresses are not eligible for returns. 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
