Shipping & Returns

To ensure that your package arrives reliably and safely, we work with renowned logistics companies such as DHL, Fedex or UPS. The shipping costs depend on your delivery location. You can find out how much they are before you complete your order in the checkout.

Please note: If it is necessary due to the size or weight of your parcel, your order will be delivered "free kerbside" by a forwarding agent. In this case, the shipping company will contact you for a delivery date. "Free kerbside" means that the goods are only unloaded from the truck. All other transport routes (e.g. to your home) are carried out in consultation with and at the discretion of the forwarding agent or must be agreed in advance with the forwarding company. This may result in additional costs.

International shipments made to any destination outside the geographic territory of India are not eligible for any returns. 

 

SHIPPING

For most Indian metro cities, delivery takes 5–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer. International orders typically take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

We ship across India and offer international shipping to select countries. Please check availability at checkout or contact us for assistance with international orders.

We offer free shipping within India on all prepaid orders. International and bulk shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.


RETURN

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for rugs that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order rugs are non-returnable unless defective. International shipments are also not eligible for any returns. On receipt of successful return, we will provide a refund within 1 month.



To request a return, please email us at support@terrarug.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.
